Welcome to AsianCajun’s Backyard, where two cultures, two flavors, and one family come together. Our story began with a love for cooking and sharing our cultures—Sandy bringing the bold flavors of her Asian roots and her husband, Adam, bringing the heart and soul of South Louisiana Cajun cooking. Together, those two worlds became AsianCajun. What started as a dream grew into a food trailer, where we spent years serving our community, learning, growing, and building relationships with so many wonderful customers along the way. Today, our journey has brought us to AsianCajun’s Backyard in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where we continue doing what we love while staying true to what matters most to us: faith, family, good food, and community. Our food is a reflection of who we are—a little Asian, a little Cajun, and a whole lot of love. Live. Love. Eat.
